Hello! I’m Yin, a technical artist currently at Splash Damage.

I found myself becoming a technical artist as I love the people I work with, and devote entirely to making their lives easier; through optimization, learning, improving and creating efficient pipelines, making fun to use rigs and procedurally creating animation and assets to get the most out of timeframes and generally putting out as many fires that pop up as possible so everyone can be calm and go back to creating amazing work.

This is my space where I can drop down some notes; thoughts; findings about code, art, animation and everything technical-art related 😀

I love the animation and games industry and try to do my part to help where I can. I am a STEM ambassador and sometimes I do university visits to spread the word! Please contact me if your school would like a talk on the games industry!
